are iCalendar (*.ics) files and compatible with Microsoft Outlook, Apple’s iCal, Mozilla Calendar, Windows Calendar
and many other calendar programs.

Click on download and SAVE (don’t open) in a
folder, or right click on download and select ‘save target file as…’ and choose folder to save in.

In Microsoft Outlook – click File/Import and
Export…/Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file/ and select downloaded file from folder where saved.

time is the local time of the event location, unless stated otherwise.
- View by
Category – Each Event has been given a different category. In Microsoft
Outlook, change Calendar view to ‘By Category’ to list all instances in that event.
