Re-installing the software or installing
the software on a new Desktop or Laptop PC Go to "FREE Trial - Desktop &
Laptop - Windows" and click on "Click here to download.....". During the install wizard change
the setting to "Connect to an existing account". You will need to enter username, password and encryption
key.
