Re-installing the software or installing the software on a new Desktop or Laptop PC
Go to "FREE Trial - Desktop & Laptop - Windows" and click on "Click here to download.....". During the install wizard
change the setting to "Connect to an existing account". You will need to enter username, password and encryption key.

Upgrade to the latest Desktop & Laptop Version for Windows from Ver. 4.4.x
NB - Please note that versions 5.0 onwards do NOT support mapped drives.

Benefits include: -
The latest desktop & Laptop software version for Windows runs as a service. This adds robustness and avoids the necessity of the user being logged in.
Backup schedule times can be at any time and not just on the hour.
Backup status notification messages have been enhanced and will be generated from the the System tray.
Future software updates will be automatically installed at the first backup after being released.
