Can I pay in any currency?

As well as GBP, by arrangement payment is accepted in EUR and USD

How do I increase or decrease my data storage requirement?

On the account maintenance page there is a facility allowing you to notify us that you require more or less data storage. 

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription we require one month's notice for Desktop and Laptops and 3 months for servers.  To cancel, email us at accounts@datasafehaven.co.uk
